Abstracts and Posters

We would now like to offer an opportunity to submit papers for this conference in the general field of Modelling & Simulation in Formulations. Areas to be considered include atomistic/mesoscopic modelling, coarse-grain, rheology, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD), machine learning, big data and data mining. The application areas can be anything from pharmaceutical, cosmetics, agrochemicals, veterinary, to smart materials such as inks and adhesives.

Authors of successful abstracts will be offered the opportunity to present a poster on the topic. There will also be ample opportunities to present work in the form of posters which will be presented as recorded 3 minute presentation during the poster session with you being available to answer both typed chat and oral questions.

Abstracts should consist of a one- paragraph summary (ca 150 – 200 words) and the contact details of the authors (presenting author first) and affiliations. You can send the abstracts in Word with the following information:

  • TITLE (All capitals, Arial font size 14, bold)
  • Autors names (underline the name of the presenting author, Arial font size 11. Indicate different affiliations with superscripts)
  • Affiliations (Arial font size 11, italics)
  • Abstract (Arial font size 11, left justified)

Please send the abstract to flor.siperstein@formulation.org.uk as soon as possible and at the latest by Wednesday 4th November 2020. The latest date to submit the poster and a 3 min video will be the 8th of November to ensure they are available on the meeting website a day before the meeting.

Abstracts will be accepted on the basis of title relevance to the conference, until no more poster slots are available.  So please email at least your title now to ensure that your poster has the best chance of being accepted.
