* Type of presentation will be oral or poster.  

 

* The personal data of the presenting author must be filled in the submission form.

 

 * Each participant may submit up to two abstracts as a presenting author, either an oral and a poster or either.

* Abstracts must be written in English & can have a maximum of 300 words.

* Tables, graphics, figures and images can be included in the abstract.

* Abstracts CANNOT be modified once submitted. It is advised you write your abstract using any word processor and then copy & paste into the abstract submission form.

* Please note that unfortunately it is no possible to save & return later to an incomplete submission form. Please ensure your abstract is ready for submission when completing the form.

* Authors must select the topic that is most appropriate to the subject of the abstract. If convenient, the scientific committee is entitled to reallocate the abstract in a different topic. Descriptions of the six topics can be viewed here.  

* Once the abstract has been submitted, the presenting author will receive an e-mail message as confirmation of receipt stating the submission reference number. This is NOT acceptance of your abstract. The notification of acceptance will be sent by the Secretariat to the presenting author by e-mail by 31^st January 2012. The NanoFormulation2012 scientific committee will decide on the final presentation mode of any accepted abstract. 

 

* Details of abstracts will be published in the program only on receipt of registration payment in full. 

 

* Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Secretariat by 23^rd April 2012.
