Limited travel grants are available to delegates to participate at NanoFormulation2012. The travel grant will cover travel (including VISA) and accommodation costs only. The registration fee for the conference CANNOT be reimbursed. The criteria for the travel grant is clearly outlined on the NF2012 application form. This will be available on this page by 4 November 2011.

The travel grant is a significant contribution to your costs incurred through attending NanoFormulation2012 and not necessarily the full costs of the trip.

All travel grants will be considered after the closing date, 31 December 2011. Please do not request a decision prior to this date. All applicants will be notified by 31 January 2012 and each successful applicant will have receive an email notifying them of the maximum reimbursement cost they can receive for this conference.

Please note that the actual amount which will be reimbursed will be based on the receipts. Please do not try to claim more than the agreed amount. The money will be reimbursed following NanoFormulation2012 on receipt of original payment documents AND the submission and approval of the NF2012 Travel Grant Report Form. For participants from Europe reimbursements will be made in the form of a cheque (payable in GBP or EUR). Reimbursements for overseas participants can be made via bank transfer but these will incur charges. NanoFormulation2012 will cover charges from the UK bank to send the payment but please be aware the deposit bank may also charge a fee which will need to be covered by the recipient.  

The final date for reimbursements is 30 June 2012. Please be prompt in requesting your reimbursement.

Up to 6 nights accommodation can be reimbursed anytime between 25 May – 2 June 2012.
