9th International Nitrocellulose Symposium 2023 – Formulation with Nitrocellulose
CALL FOR ABSRACTS
After the great success of the 8th International Symposium (2018) in Bergerac (France). ROXEL (UK Rocket Motors) Ltd are delighted to host the 9th International Symposium (2023) to be held at the Edgbaston Park Hotel, Birmingham, United Kingdom.
The theme of this symposium is “Formulating with Nitrocellulose”. Papers are invited for this theme and our normal topics of
- Characterisation
- Chemical Stability, Ageing, and Life Assessment
- Cellulose Supply
- Nitrocellulose Manufacturing, Processing and Supply
- Propellant Ballistics
- Disposal
- International Standardisation and National Test Methodologies.
This 2 day technical meeting (21-22nd June 2023) will start with a drinks reception on the evening of Tuesday 20th June 2023.
Friday 23rd June 2023 will be an additional ½ day (morning only) technical workshop on “Impurities/ foreign material within Nitrocellulose –analysis and specifications”
